F.I.S.H. and Confirmation Classes will resume

Wednesday Night on

September 16, 2020

We will be following as many safety protocols as physically possible. The classrooms will be large and have more tables so the students will be spread out. Masks will have to be worn in the building except when the student is seated in his/her assigned seat. Sanitizing stations will be set up in each classroom and to begin there will be no large group opening or closing.  It is also determined that we would still offer, on Wednesday evenings, a light supper with a free will offering to help cover the cost. Students and parents will not be able to touch any of the serving utensils, everything will be dished up for them.

It is critical, especially this year, that you Register your children and Volunteers are welcome also so that we know exactly how to plan and what teachers we will need.

You can Register at
Sunday School/Wednesday night F.I.S.H/ (Fun in the Savior's House)/Confirmation

Our 1st - 4th grade program uses the "Living Inside Out" program published by Group.  This has a 1/2 hour large group lesson time where the kids hear the lesson from the Bible through videos, skits, and object lessons.   The second 1/2 hour, the kids are broken into mixed-aged small groups to dig into the Bible and deeper into the lesson.

Our 5th - 6th grade program is written this year by Pastor Parrish.  This is a Pre-Confirmation program that will help your children prepare for Confirmation.

Our 7th and 8th graders develop their faith even deeper through Confirmation.

Our Confirmation curriculum is one that Pastor Parrish has developed over his many years in Ministry.

The FISH program is a flexible program that allows us to incorporate other aspects of Christian living; including Mission nights, our annual Christmas Program and Lenten Worship Services.

If you have any questions about our FISH program or any of the curriculum that we use, please contact the church office.
